Returns & Refunds
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through the chat on our website as soon as possible. We may ask for photos and your order number so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Changed your mind?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
Our results guarantee
We stand behind the beard care products covered by our results guarantee. If you’ve used an eligible product consistently as directed and haven’t seen the results described for it, contact us to request a refund. We may ask for your order number and information about how you used the product. Products covered by this guarantee will be identified on their product pages.

Use the chat on our website and include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Please don’t send a return before contacting us.
Once a refund is approved, we’ll send it to your original payment method. It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, or an eligible results guarantee claim.
